Detection of EBV genome positive lymphocytes in a heart biopsy from a heart transplant patient. The patient developed EBV related lymphoproliferation (a relatively common problem in transplant patients), which can lead to lymphoma or rejection of the transplant. The green fluorescence cells are EBV infected B-cells detcted by monoclonal antibodies to EBNA-1 (E-95). For reference see Luka et al. 1995. Cell Vision.
